Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass der Vertrieb von SONARAY LED Produkten für die Region EMEA (Europa, Naher Osten und Afrika) zum 01. Januar 2026 eingestellt wird.

Diese Entscheidung betrifft ausschließlich den zukünftigen Vertrieb und hat keine Auswirkungen auf bestehende Garantieansprüche. Der Garantiezeitraum für bereits gekaufte und installierte SONARAY LED Leuchten bleibt in vollem Umfang und gemäß den geltenden Garantiebedingungen bestehen.

Für Service- oder Garantieanfragen zu bestehenden Produkten stehen wir Ihnen weiterhin wie gewohnt unter sonaray@dascom.com zur Verfügung.

Notice Regarding the Distribution of SONARAY LED Products in the EMEA Region

We would like to inform you that the distribution of SONARAY LED products in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) will be discontinued as of January 1, 2026.

This decision applies exclusively to future sales and does not affect existing warranty claims. The warranty period for SONARAY LED luminaires that have already been purchased and installed will remain fully valid in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

We will continue to support all service and warranty requests to sonaray@dascom.com for existing products as usual.
